You can now choose if you would like to have your ticket(s) mailed to you,
or available for pick-up at Will Call.

If you chose your ticket(s) to be mailed to you, and you purchased them online before January 10th, but you did not receive them, then you MUST notify us of this, as you must have your ticket(s) to gain entrance to the festival, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tickets purchased online will be mailed to the address submitted through PayPal, unless “Will Call Pick-up” is selected. Tickets purchased on or after January 10th will automatically be held for purchaser at Will Call table inside the entrance to the Exhibit Hall level of the Civic Center, located/accessed from Hiawassee Street.

We are also offering again this year a VIP Winter Warmer ticket, which includes a collector’s T-shirt (of event), 45 minute “VIP early access” to the festival, special tastings, and a coupon for a complimentary pint at French Broad’s tasting room. Be sure to specify t-shirt size and color when purchasing this type of ticket below. (NOTE: Be aware that last year VIP tickets sold out in December, as there is a limited number of those being made available.)

ATTENTION: “DD” Ticket holders MUST BE 21 or older, as this is an alcohol drinking festival, and we will not allow entry to anyone under 21. We are selling DD tickets primarily so that folks who are wanting to attend our festival for the music, food, and fellowship - but will not be drinking (due to health matters or by choice) may do so. Thus, the discount in ticket price, representing the exclusion of alcohol consumption.
