Special Note: Executive chef and general manager, Tres Hundertmark, of The Lobster Trap - placed sixth in the 2009 National Oyster Shucking Championship in Maryland. He shucked 24 oysters in 2 minutes and 6 seconds, with a net time of 3 minutes and 29 seconds because of time added on for penalties. Hundertmark, who was the Charleston Oyster Roast shucking champion in 2008 and 2009, will attempt to beat the Guinness world record for most oysters opened in a minute at the Winter Warmer beer festival!
