Nashville Breweries

The Brewers – Alphabetically

Big River Grille and Brewing Works
With its outstanding selection of brews, Nashville’s Big River Grille and Brewing Works is converting visitors to Music City’s famous “Honky Tonk Row” into craft beer fans on a daily basis. Big River is a true Tennessee success story, with its original location in Chattanooga just steps away from the Tennessee River, which gives this brewpub its name. Try the local favorite Nashville Steamer, with its perfect combo of honey and Liberty hops. But don’t leave Big River without sampling its famous Iron Horse Stout, a gold medalist in both the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival. It’s a great way to start your day or night in the heart of Music City! http://www.bigrivergrille.com

Blackstone Restaurant and Brewery
One of the true gems of Nashville, Blackstone has been making some of the best beer in the Southeast for years! Blackstone prides itself on its award-winning beers, which include such local favorites as St. Charles Porter, a British-style brown porter that has won the gold medal at the World Beer Cup and an assortment of honors at the Great American Beer Fest. Likewise, try the Chaser Pale, a unique interpretation of a German Kolsch-style that has fans worldwide and won a gold medal at the World Beer Cup. Blackstone is a favorite among locals who love good friends, good conversation and a true brewpub experience! http://www.blackstonebrewery.com

Boscos: The Restaurant for Beer Lovers
Nashville — and Tennessee — wouldn’t have a craft beer scene without Boscos, whose founders petitioned the state legislature to overturn bans on craft brewpubs back in the early 1990s. Since then Boscos, under the watchful eye of Head Brewer Chuck Skypeck, has racked up more honors and gold medals than we can list here. From its world-famous Flaming Stone Beer to its locally renowned cask-conditioned ales, Boscos is always the first stop for any craft beer lover in Middle Tennessee. And the on-tap list at Boscos is always changing, so be sure to challenge your palate here – we know you’re going to leave a Boscos fan! http://www.boscosbeer.com

Yazoo Brewery
Although it has a taproom famous throughout Nashville, Yazoo is Nashville’s only brewery primarily concerned with kegging and bottling its great beer for craft beer lovers throughout Tennessee and Alabama. Brewmaster Linus Hall started brewing some of the best beer in the Mid-South in 2003, evidenced by the gold medal won by Yazoo’s Hefeweizen at the 2004 American Brewers Festival. And no cookout or barbeque is complete without a Yazoo Dos Perros, brewed in a unique Austrian-by-Mexico style that will keep you looking for Yazoo brew at any local grocer or pub!
