PRIVATE GROUP TOUR INFORMATION

WHO SHOULD CONSIDER PRIVATE TOURS?
Private group tours with Tampa Bay Brews Cruise are a perfect event for:
• Birthday Celebrations
• Family & Friends Visiting Tampa Bay
• Bachelor & Bachelorette Wedding Parties
• Wedding Anniversaries
• Family Reunions
• Home Brewing Clubs

Please read the following information carefully concerning Private Group Tours:

In order to insure that the event you book is private (no outside bookings) then you must guarantee 10 attendees. I will take payment of 4 bookings to create the event and send you a link so the others can book themselves. Your event will become private at that time. But if 14 days prior to your event, at least 10 have not booked, then it will be opened to others. Once the 10 people have booked, then the date will be made private. Your group can be up to 14 people. Others can book online or at the time of the tour. The sooner you have the 10 bookings, the greater chance of having your event private. If you reach the 10 person then there will be no refunds on no shows or anyone wishing a refund that will drop your group below the 10 person limit. Of course you can pay for all 10 at once to secure your date if you wish.

All logistical details will be agreed upon ahead of time by the private group organizers and Tampa Bay Brews Cruise.

A 10% cancellation fee on all bookings. No refunds for any no shows.

Tampa Bay Brews Cruise is locally owned and operated. It is important for us to be aware of group number changes or group cancellations as soon as possible to allow other potential cruisers the opportunity to experience our wonderful beer community in the case that you are not able to do so. The Tampa Bay Brews Cruise relies on an on-time departure in order to operate smoothly and maintain a good rapport with the breweries we visit. We also want to ensure that our guests who arrived on time are not left waiting. We specialize in small personalized brewery educational experiences and in order to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience, we have put the following policies and procedures in place.
