PRIVATE GROUP TOUR INFORMATION
WHO SHOULD CONSIDER PRIVATE TOURS?
In order to insure that the event you book is private (no outside bookings) then you must guarantee 10 attendees. I will take payment of 4 bookings to create the event and send you a link so the others can book themselves. Your event will become private at that time. But if 14 days prior to your event, at least 10 have not booked, then it will be opened to others. Once the 10 people have booked, then the date will be made private. Your group can be up to 14 people. Others can book online or at the time of the tour. The sooner you have the 10 bookings, the greater chance of having your event private. If you reach the 10 person then there will be no refunds on no shows or anyone wishing a refund that will drop your group below the 10 person limit. Of course you can pay for all 10 at once to secure your date if you wish.
All logistical details will be agreed upon ahead of time by the private group organizers and Atlanta Brews Cruise.
A 10% cancellation fee on all bookings. No refunds for any no shows.
Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Cancelation Policy - If a group has less than 6 cruisers and are unable to attend a scheduled tour, they must call no more than 24 hours before the date and time of the tour. In the event that we do not get a cancelation call, the card you used to reserve the seats, will be billed on the day of the scheduled tour.
48 Hour Cancelation Policy - If you have a group of 6 cruisers or more and are unable to attend a scheduled tour, please call us no later than 48 hours before the date and time of your tour. In the event that we do not get a cancelation call, the card you used to reserve the seats, will be billed on the day of the scheduled tour.
No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled tour. A 10% cancellation fee on all bookings.
No refunds will be given on any no show.
Group Bookings
Tour groups with 6 or more people are considered a Group Booking and should be pre-billed the day before their scheduled tour in accordance with the 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Groups of 12 or more will be pre-billed two days before in accordance with our 48-hour Cancellation Policy. Exclusive Group Bookings are common and should be billed as if the entire vehicle is filled to capacity. Relay this at time of booking and single billing option is encouraged.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not refundable and are subject to expiration.
HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
Tours typically last 4-4 ½ hours (be sure to arrive approximately 15 minutes before scheduled start time to assure an on-time departure).
What does the tour include?
Tours include trasportation to all breweries, an educational tour of each brewery, samples, a souvenier tasting mug, water and snacks in the van. Food and anything ordered by the customer at the brew pub is not included.
HOW MANY BEER SAMPLES CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE DURING THE TOUR?
Typically you will receive approximately 15-16 4 ounce samples during the tour. You are not obligated to drink each sample provided. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION OR DESIGNATE A SOBER DRIVER BACK TO YOUR HOME OR HOTEL AT THE END OF THE TOUR. Your guide will happily provide you with local taxicab information at your request.
WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT TO TIP OUR TOUR GUIDE?
According to tipping.org, tour guides are typically given a gratuity of 10-15% of the price of the tour, but any amount is greatly appreciated.
CAN WE PURCHASE MERCHANDISE AT THE BREWERIES?
Yes. Each brewery offers a selection of t-shirts, pint glasses, etc for purchase. You may also purchase an array of Brews Cruise merchandise during the tour.
CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL AND/OR FOOD ON THE VAN OR BUS?
You may not bring alcoholic beverages on the tour. However, food may be brought on board, as long as you clean up your mess after eating.
DO YOU OFFER A GROUP DISCOUNT?
No I cannot offer group discounts. The breweris charge me the same no matter how many people I bring.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PICK-UP & DROP-OFF ARRANGEMENTS?
We will make special arrangements. As long as your hotel or arranged meeting place is within the downtown convention area or the Midtown Area The Peachtree Center MARTA station is an approved meeting place on the noth south line, and the Vine City stop on the east west line.
