Private Tour Pricing
The base price for a private tour is $500 to charter the vehicle exclusively for your group. There is also an additional cost for each guest depending on the type of tour.
- Beer, Wine, Cider or Distillery Tour: $500 Private Tour Price + $45 pp w/ minimum of 4 ppl
- Axes & Ales Tour: $500 Private Tour Price + $70 pp w/ minimum of 4 ppl
There may be additional costs depending on how you customize your tour, such as requesting a custom pick-up or adding an additional stop or activity. We will discuss these with you in advance of your booking so that there are no surprises.
A private tour can be reserved in advance with a payment of a deposit, with final payment due before the tour is executed.

We can accommodate up to 11 guests on a private tour with our vehicle. For larger groups, we are happy to arrange for a chartered vehicle to accommodate your group.

Each tour is different, therefore our private tour prices differ depending on the tour. We have many tours to choose from, as well as the option to create your very own itinerary.
We base our private tour prices on various factors, such as timing, stops, travel distance, etc.

These are all-inclusive tours, so it includes all craft alcohol samples, a designated driver and tour guide, bottled water, a snack for each guest, and pre-arranged visits to our partner locations. It’s a hassle-free way to see the area and drink a lot of great craft alcohol!
If you book a private tour with a chartered vehicle, you can bring any additional snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (there is no drinking on the vehicle).

We do offer add-on options to private tours that include lunch or dinner at great local establishments. Please let us know your needs by completing the inquiry form.

Cancellation of a private tour with 7 days or more notice (120 hours or more before tour start time) will result in the forfeiture of the full non-refundable deposit amount. Cancellations of private tours for any reason under 7 days will result in the agreed amount of the full tour charged to the booking party.

Depending on the location, we may be able to accommodate custom pick-up and drop-off locations. A shuttle fee may be required.

Unfortunately, drinking on the vehicle is not permitted by state law. However, we do try to minimize travel distance between stops so that you can enjoy the craft alcohol that our partners are producing.

If you book a private tour with us, we encourage you to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on board, as there is NO DRINKING ON THE VEHICLE.
Feel free to bring your empty growlers as in this area any appropriate vessel can be used for beer takeaway. We even have a cooler on board to keep everything cold so you can enjoy your purchases later on.
You are welcome to bring decorations, but please no balloons or streamers, as they could obstruct the view of the driver. Pets and anyone under 21 years of age are not allowed on our tours.

We have additional fun and interesting activities for private or corporate groups to enjoy. We have created relationships with area companies and organizations and your group will receive a discount when those activities are booked through us.
