I’m Don Littlefield, President of Brews Cruise, Inc., and I personally escort every Insiders Experience as your group leader.

I work closely with hand-selected local partners in each destination to design immersive journeys that explore culture, history, and place through craft alcohol and fermentation traditions.

With nearly two decades of experience creating and leading tours, I focus on building international trips that are thoughtfully paced, well-hosted, and rich in local connection—so you can relax, be curious, and enjoy the experience.

If you’re looking for travel that goes beyond the surface and feels more like exploring with a knowledgeable host than joining a typical group tour, I’d love to have you join me on an Insiders Experience.Blue handwritten signature with looping style.

What to Expect on a Brews Cruise Insiders Experience

Our Past Travelers Say It Best...

Fantastic Trip! Ireland's Captivating Countryside: April 2025

We traveled with 4 other couples, all of us on our first trip to Ireland for pleasure. The Tour Team of Evan, Seamus and Don were very engaging and provided a wealth of information about Ireland's history past to present, the various sites and historic places we visited, and of course the amazing distilleries and breweries we visited. This was truly an "inside" experience we could not have got planning a trip on our own. The kept the guest count to a smaller number which made the trip very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The hotel choices were great with spacious rooms and in the heart of all the action and easily walkable to sites, pubs, etc. We didn't feel we missed anything, and the Guides were flexible when needed and even threw in a few unexpected stops to interesting locations. We will definitely be doing this again on one of their other trips they are scheduling. It sounds like there will be even more great locations to choose from.

We had an excellent time Ireland's Captivating Countryside: April 2025

Evan, Don, and Seamus are top notch with their planning, coordinating, and changing plans on the fly if needed. All were very knowledgeable about the country and history. The group of travelers were excellent also. We had such a good time that we are planning on going on another trip with them.

We would most definitely travel with these folks again Ireland's Captivating Countryside: April 2025

Very well curated trip. Coach bus was beautiful and comfy. Seamus O’Shea is a great narrator and expert driver. He even made suggestions for little side trips. Evan M. Is a real pro! Comfortable with all styles of traveler, great narrator, good listener, unflappable! Cared for his guests and gave great insider tips to enhance our experience. He was a great guide and gave many options for all travel styles. Don Littlefield, the US counterpart has become a great guide. He studies the regions and presents a comprehensive overview of where we are and where we are going. We absolutely loved our trip!

The experience as a whole was worth everything! Ireland's Captivating Countryside: April 2025

The Brews Cruise across Ireland was a wonderful experience, made so not only by our coordinator, curator and driver each, but by the warmth and genuine hospitality of all the business owners and folk we met across the country during our stay. Some people may not enjoy the rigidity of guided tours- the inability to see and explore at one's own pace and leisure - but I feel like having a tour led served a purpose: there are many attractions and moments that would have been hard to find or outright missed on my own. I eagerly looking forward to revisiting Ireland with this tour when they announce their next jaunt.

We focus on travel protection – For many of our competitors, travel protection is just an add-on to their main business. Because travel protection is our main focus, Travel Insured is able to provide superior service to each customer.

Cash reimbursement that airlines and cruise companies may not provide – Most airline rescheduling policies and cruise companies’ own insurance policies strictly limit allowable reasons for trip cancellation and offer credit only with a deadline and no cash reimbursement.

Protection for medical events – and from disastrous medical expenses – Your health insurance may not protect you from the potentially catastrophic expense of medical treatment while you’re traveling, especially outside of the U.S., and will likely not coordinate your medical evacuation back home.

Baggage protection that your regular policies may not provide – Your homeowner’s policy may not cover the expenses from baggage loss, delay, theft, and damage.
