Our journey begins in Split, a historic Adriatic city where Roman architecture and a lively waterfront create the perfect introduction to Croatia. Along the way, we cross the Adriatic by ferry and catamaran, stopping on the islands of Hvar and Korčula where traditional winemaking, distillation, and island life remain closely tied to the land and sea.
