Our journey begins in Split, a historic Adriatic city where Roman architecture and a lively waterfront create the perfect introduction to Croatia. From here, we set out along the Dalmatian coast, traveling south through a landscape of islands, vineyards, and centuries-old towns that have shaped the region’s culture for generations.
Along the way, we cross the Adriatic by ferry and catamaran, stopping on the islands of Hvar and Korčula where traditional winemaking, distillation, and island life remain closely tied to the land and sea.
