ABOUT COEUR D'ALENE BREWS CRUISE
Welcome to CDA, and the Coeur d’Alene Brews Cruise!
I launched this company showcasing the local craft alcohol scene as I feel this is a really special place with great products to match.
For over two years, I served as the beer buyer and taproom manager for the craft beer bar owned by the Coeur d’Alene Resort and Hotel. I managed 24 rotating taps and 275 craft package items.
Before managing the resort’s taproom, I worked for 5 years as the sales rep for a small, independent brewery in the area. During this time I gained much knowledge and established connections with the other producers in the area. I have also brewed a little myself. This includes home brewing and for the brewery that I worked for.
Prior to the pandemic, not many people had heard of Coeur d’Alene. The majority of the people who had previously visited our area had been from western states. Lately, we have been “discovered,” and the area has seen an increase in travelers from all over the U.S.
The most common question that I hear in the taproom is, what’s local?

Recently booked a triathlon tour with Brews Cruise for a friend's bachelor party and had a great time. Brett was very knowledgeable and informative about the different sampling of alcohol even to the point of recommending the order which we should drink our libations to best experience the flavors therein. I would highly recommend Brews Cruise for a fun night out, or if you're visiting CDA for the first time it would be a great introduction to the best places that the area has to offer!

Went on the classic brew tour with a group of four. It was a blast! It was well planned and Brett really knows his stuff. We got a behind the scenes tour of how beer is brewed and were lucky enough to be there on a brew day where we got to see the brewers in action! Would highly recommend the tour.
