PRIVATE TOURS

Each tour is different, therefore our private tour prices differ depending on the tour.  

We base our private tour prices on various factors, such as timing, stops, travel, etc.  More information can be obtained by filling out the form below.

These are all-inclusive tours so it includes all alcohol samples, designated driver and tour guide, bottled water, a light snack for each guest, and fun trivia games. Private tours also have the gratuities for each of our partners and for the tour driver and guide already included. 

If you rent the whole bus with a private tour you can bring on any additional snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Just remember, there is no drinking of alcohol on the bus.

Since your group would be renting out the whole bus, there is no true minimum. However, there is a private tour fee and a per person rate. The more you fill the bus the less expensive it is per person.

No lunch or dinner is included in a private tour. But, we are happy to help work out food options for your group – whether that be adding catering, extending the tour and eating at one of our partners, or dropping your group off at a restaurant in time for a reservation, we are here to help! 

Unfortunately, drinking alcoholic beverages on the bus is not permitted by state law.

Private tours can be reserved by either paying the full balance during the booking process or by making a non-refundable deposit. A booking paid in full is only refundable up to the given deposit amount.

If a deposit is made (versus paying in full), the remaining balance due will be charged to the card on file a week before your tour with the guest count quantity selected during booking.

Update your guest count count up to 3 days prior to your tour with no penalty.

Within 3 days of your tour we are unable to offer a refund for a reduced guest count.

We operate rain, shine, and snow as long as the roads, sidewalks, and or water are safe and we have met our minimum number of guests to operate the tour.

Depending on the timing and the location desired, Maine Brews Cruise may be able to accommodate custom pick-up and drop-off locations. An additional fee may be incurred.

If you rent the entire bus, we have no problem if you wish to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on the bus. Remember there is NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THE BUS.  We provide water on board, so that is already taken care of. 

You are welcome to bring decorations, but please no balloons or streamers, as they could obstruct the view of the driver.  Pets and anyone under 21 years of age are not allowed on our vehicles.
