We will be in operational breweries at times so the ability to act appropriately is paramount to yours, your fellow tour members’, and each facility’s safety. We want you to have a good time, but within reason. Note: If Brews Cruise guests arrive at the cruise’s meeting place intoxicated, it is at the cruise guide’s discretion whether or not to allow them on the tour vehicle. If you are turned away due to intoxication, you will still be charged in full for the cruise. Also if you start drinking earlier in the day and become intoxicated during the tour you may not be allowed back on the vehicle or into the next location and may have to arrange for your own return transport.
There is a 4-person minimum for each tour; in the event the minimum number of cruisers is not met, tour is subject to cancellation. If your tour is cancelled, you will be contacted by the Nashville Brews Cruise prior to your tour date. You will be refunded.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy (48 hours for parties of 6 or more). We require a $5.00 cancellation fee for each ticket cancelled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled tour (48 hours for parties of 6 or more) will be charged full ticket price.
We will be in operational breweries at times so please dress appropriately. Open-toed shoes are NOT permitted for safety reasons in some of the breweries, so please wear closed-toe shoes! Leave your flip-flops and sandals at home, please.
Typically you will receive approximately 15-16 4 ounce samples during the tour. You are not obligated to drink each sample provided.
