Charleston Brews Cruise

Nashville Brews Cruise Policies

Standard Practices

Nashville Brews Cruise is locally owned and operated. It is important for us to be aware of group number changes or group cancellations as soon as possible to allow other potential cruisers the opportunity to experience our wonderful beer community in the case that you are not able to do so. The Nashville Brews Cruise relies on an on-time departure in order to operate smoothly and maintain a good rapport with the breweries we visit. We also want to ensure that our guests who arrive on time are not left waiting. We specialize in small personalized brewery educational experiences and in order to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience, we have put the following policies and procedures in place.

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE BUS

You must be at least 21 years of age to sample beers (valid ID required).

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If your group has less than 6 guests and you are unable to attend a scheduled cruise, please call us no later than 24 hours before the date and time of your scheduled cruise departure. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, your tickets will not be eligible for a refund.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you have a group of 6 guests or more and are unable to attend a scheduled cruise, please call us no later than 48 hours before the date and time of your scheduled cruise departure. If you fail to cancel 48 hours in advance, your tickets will not be eligible for a refund.

Group Booking Accountability

If your group includes 6 or more cruisers you will be pre-billed the day before your scheduled cruise in accordance with our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy, and if you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, your tickets will not be eligible for a refund. Groups of 12 or more will be pre-billed two days before in accordance with our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy, and if you fail to cancel 48 hours in advance, your tickets will not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds for no-shows.

Arriving Intoxicated

If Brews Cruise guests arrive at the cruise’s meeting place intoxicated, it is at the guide’s discretion whether or not to allow them on board. If you are turned away due to intoxication you will still be charged in full.  Also, if you start drinking earlier in the day and become intoxicated during the tour you may not be allowed back on the vehicle or into the next location and may have to arrange for your own return transport.

We do not allow food to be brought on board. However, snacks and water will be provided throughout the tour. We highly recommend that you eat a hearty breakfast or brunch before embarking on your cruise.

For Those Who Serve

Active and retired military, police and firefighters will receive a 10% discount with proper ID. You must be at least 21 years of age to sample beers (valid ID required).  Designated driver tickets are available for $25 per person. Please try to arrive for your cruise approximately 15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure.
