Standard Practices
The Brews Cruise Guide will not leave any later than 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. If Brews Cruise guests arrive at the cruise’s meeting place intoxicated, it is at the guide’s discretion whether or not to allow them on board. If you are turned away due to intoxication, you will still be charged in full for the cruise. You must be at least 21 years of age to sample beers (valid ID required).
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled cruise, please call us no later than 48 hours before the date and time of your scheduled cruise departure. In the event that we do not get a cancellation call, the card you used to reserve the seats will be billed on the day of the scheduled cruise. Groups of 12 or more will be pre-billed two days before in accordance with our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy.
Group Booking Accountability
If your group includes 6 or more cruisers, you will be pre-billed the day before your scheduled cruise in accordance with our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Groups of 12 or more will be pre-billed two days before in accordance with our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy.
